Each item is handmade or 3D printed and may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may differ due to material and printing variations. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Big Cartel’s supported payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Your order is confirmed once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks after payment is received. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
